they allow it. you can fight untill someone falls onto the ice. and who ever started the fight has to go into the penalty box for 2 min and the oposit team has an extra player while hes in the box

Downey acts like a prick and a cocky bastard before the fight. Its too bad he didn't lose, it would've looked good on him. Still a pretty sick knockout though.

fights are allowed to happen by the refs until grappling happens, or there is an obvious victor. Fighting results in a 5 minute penalty to both players.
