This propaganda hides the fact that this method was designed by Americans, when they were running the Taliban. In 1998 the Taliban gathered the Hazara people in the same area and put them into trucks. They were transported to the same desert and executed them. The reason for it was, that Hazara people were loyal to Iran and Americans did not like it. the method has been repeated again cus US did not want Taliban, but everybody knows who did it. So US found the next dumb guy(Dostom) to blame.

i was in afghanistan, when this happend he did not let them live they were all killed, this is american propaganda just to keep dustom alive for the time being because they hvae secrets that they share, he did not let go of any afghan taliban or any other, no matter who you were, pashtun, tajik, hazara, he killed them all there were 200 uzbek talibans, no one knows what happen to them they were free to go..
