no parkour is about philosophy and travel hense why its calle le art duplacement which in french means the art of movement he is doing parkour to save that chick in the car freerunning is flips and just doing stuff that look cool i do both (yes it is possible) and have been doing and studying parkour for 4 yrs i am a tracure and i know what im talking about

this is freerunning i do parkour, and its a hell of a lot more fun than what he's doing. parkour, you go doing vaults over cars in traffic, and its a hell of a lot of fun. GO APK!!!

let me just clear it up people are saying that this is free running it's not its parkour and before u start yes they are completely different, freerunning is simply performing flips and tricks that look cool and im not saying thats bad i do it and its very entertaining, while parkour is used in life and death situations and is used to get from point A to point B as fast as possible regardess of obsticles and yes u can pretty much do it anywhere i hope there is no more confusion this song ownes
