I guess your correct. He was born in Trinidad and move to the U.K. at 8 yrs of age. I remember the big thing was the he was a brother with a British accent which then was unheard of. What I remember was that Billy Ocean became "Billy" and he was excellent! Girls loved him and dance to him and we thanked him. Love to see him on tour again. Billy's the man!
