Good Lord! Is Simon really that nutty? I know many Brits tend to be eccentric, but I really thought Simon was more levelheaded than that. Maybe he fooled me with a fake, levelheaded implant.

Simon has pectoral implants ("pec" implants) and has had them for years. They're meant to make you look very well-built with minimal exercise, but if you don't keep them up at least a little bit, they look horrible, as his do now... So, yes, they're fake. Take a good look at one of his topless, beach type pics, you'll see what I mean and be able to see them clearly.
