The evidence did stand up in court....if you just want to trade insults feel free to lower yourself, the facts remain, and you obviously know as much about the legislative process as you do about world history and politics....Try opening your mind insted of that orifice on the front of your face, you will be amazed at the results...baaaaaaaaa

Really......when the evidence at the end of the trial gets a guilty verdict what is that? When that evidence is not the reason for the decision being overturned and that evidence is not disputed, what is that? When a lawyer can scream unfair because some of that evidence is shown on TV prior to trial what is that....a damn outrageous crass stupid decision whereby the judiciary is saying to the CIA do what you want, if it gets pushed to trial we will make sure it gets dropped

In light of those facts, do you honestly believe those bent bastards are ever going to get convicted of the double dealing they are doing on a daily basis. You must be the only idiot in the US that thinks the CIA is whiter than white, and not capable of collusion in terrorist attacks for an ulterior motive....baaaaa, join the sheeples and follow the flock. Why don't you say'playing on words'again...A conviction is a conviction, it wasn't overturned through any fault of the investigators, the evidence was good and the TV coverage allegedly ruined his chances of a fair trial. All the US knew he was guilty as hell and some smartarse lawyer made sure that justice was not seen to be done, no lies or manipulation there. I deal in facts and know the law....an ex detective buddy...He was without doubt guilty as charged, just not charged with enough.
