The parts I liked the best: The feeling of relief comes when you stop trying to fight your way upstream, when you begin to go with the flow downstream. Because every day, really every moment, you have a choice to make: do you want to make the decision to feel better, or do you want to feel worse?

Wonderfully simple! I am excited to fully embrace this idea. It's much like Taoist philosophy. I am going to add this to my playlist because my challenge is, yes, the teaching is clear, but I have a problem with forgetting ;)

It's pretty simple.. Let go! but we as intellects try to fight it. Why? well.. ego of course.. the ego has to have control, thus in the end, it's a chess match with your ego, let go of the ego, the flow glows....lol

Ive gotten lots of awards and stuff, it was always because whatever I was doing I loved doing, I never "paddled upstream" to achieve anything, I just did what I loved

Every now and then I get bogged down, these simple reminders are really nice especially when your day isn't going so well. Thanks! You've really got an amazing thing going, there's no words to describe the amount of appreciation I have for you Abraham.
