Any fighting style will work the problem are people who aren't warriors in the first place try martial arts and aren't coordinated enough to win a fight anyway I train in capoeira and muay thai there is no difference when you have reached an elite level in martial arts in fact when I spar fighters mainly using capoeira they basically don't know what to do to counter because capoeira has a broader range for attacking....
