The WTO along with the World Bank and IMF are banking institutions. They exploit 3rd world countries by making them sign over their ability to handle their own resources in exchange for a loan of money. When presidents in these countries are elected they are told to follow the plan or be ruined. If you want to understand this a little more study how Jamaica has changed since 1993; I believe thats when the government was loaned money by the International Monetary Fund.

Actually the liberal movement was started when the pilgrims came to America. When you say liberal understand that the ideas of liberalism is to challenge 'conservative' thoughts.
