Have I understood this? Electrolyisis yields more heat energy than it consumes in electricity? Can you help me with the steam part of the cycle? Are you using waste heat to create steam which pressurises a turbine which drives a generator which is used to split the water into oxygen and hydrogen which contributes to the internal combustion stage? That would be real neat. This seems to be a clever way of recovering energy from watse heat. No 'magic' involved, but rather a lot of parts?

Yes maybe you are referring to Stanley Mayer with his dune buggy about 1991.. He was foos poisoned. But Internet and the open source concept of developing will hopefully secure this tecnology from now on when we are thousands watching following as it comes up again and more and more people get to know about the CON from the oilcartels..

how do you make it?

this video is not about electrolysis and it is not about just making steam. This is a demonstration of a fuel reformer that preforms steam reforming which is a process that cracks a hydrocarbon fuel using steam and it cracks the steam also, releasing hydrogen from both the fuel and the water. Try putting just a little effort into a few google searches to learn more about: steam reforming fuel reformer hydrogen enhanced combustion Auto & oil companies know all about it but won't sell them.

no but Heat can drive an engine to make electricity to perform electrolysis..... and how can you limit what he's doing only to steam just by watching the video? are we watching the same thing?
