No its not, sublimation is from a solid to gas, like dry ice which is frozen CO2, this is just evaporating

Liquid nitrogen is -330°F. And the reason that guy was able to swim in the water is because the liquid nitrogen turned into carbon dioxide before it even touched it!! :O
